You are expected to use the free SourceAid service and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality before making a purchase. This try before you buy approach is the ultimate guarantee that SourceAid will perform to your satisfaction. That's one reason of our non-refund policy. The second reason for our non-refund policy is that once you sign up for the more comprehensive and extensive SourceAid package, you can simply use the information as you desire and SourceAid does not necessarily know if you have benefited from the use of its product.
